Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Unplugged account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full credit to your account.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
